C&#8217;est un document publi\u00e9 qui contient une sp\u00e9cification technique ou d&#8217;autres crit\u00e8res pr\u00e9cis con\u00e7us pour \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re coh\u00e9rente en tant que r\u00e8gle, directive ou d\u00e9finition.
